Reflectivity Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit reflectivity.io (the “Site”) which includes app.reflectivity.io. By using the Site you consent to the use of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as the “Device Information.”

Additionally, through the use of the site we are collecting electronic data or content (a)  provided by customers to Reflectivity, or (b) uploaded or inputted into the Reflectivity Solution by or on behalf of the customers or authorized users. We refer to this information as “Customer Data.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Customer Data.

How do we use your Personal Information?

  • Gather and analyze information about the areas visited on the Site in order to better understand, evaluate and improve the user experience and the convenience of the Site
  • Communicate with you
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • Serve targeted ads from Facebook, Google, Bing, and other third-party vendors
  • Use your social login information to authenticate your identity after obtaining your permission

Sharing your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third-parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, a search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Non-Reflectivity Networks

Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer’s electronic communications will involve transmission over the Internet, and over various networks, only part of which may be owned and/or operated by Reflectivity. Customer further acknowledges and agrees that electronic communications may be accessed by unauthorized parties when communicated across the Internet, network communications facilities, telephone or other electronic means. Reflectivity is not responsible for any electronic communications and/or Customer Data which are delayed, lost, altered, intercepted or stored during the transmission of any data whatsoever across networks not owned and/or operated by Reflectivity, including the Internet and Customer’s local network.

Behavioural Advertising

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Our third-party advertising partners use cookies to track your prior visits to our websites and elsewhere on the Internet in order to serve you targeted ads. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

We will maintain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
